PrintTodo is a free, no-sign-up printable to-do list and daily planner. Plan a single day
or a whole week, see the local weather for each day, and print or save as PDF with a
filename based on the date. Your tasks stay private in your browser — nothing is
uploaded to any server.
How it works
- Pick a day or a week using the arrows or the date picker.
- Add your tasks for each day.
- Click Print to print or save as PDF, named automatically by date.

- Yes. Switch to Week mode, pick your date range, add tasks, then click Print.
- How do I save as PDF?
- Click Print and choose “Save as PDF” in your browser’s print dialog. The file is named by date automatically.
- Does it work on my phone?
- Yes, PrintTodo works on phones, tablets, and desktops, and can be installed as an app.
